What is your delivery radius?
We deliver in a 28mi radius surrounding Akron, OH. If your zip code is in range and you're having issues, please reach-out.
When will my food be delivered?
You will receive a text message Sunday morning with an estimated delivery time and a confirmation once your order has been delivered.
Delivery window: Sun - 8am to 5pm
How is my food delivered?
Our meals are delivered in insulated reusable bags with ice packs that will keep your food safe for up to 6 hours.
What do I do with my reusable bag?
At Kayla's Kitchen, we value our planet and the impact we have on it.
We ask that every Sunday you leave your bag and ice packs from your last delivery out and accessible for our driver(s) to pickup on your next deliver.
If you forget, simply leave them out on your next delivery.
The $5.99 bag fee will be credited as bags are returned.
What if I have an issue with my order?

We strive for excellence, but understand mistakes happen.
When can I place an order?
Each week's menu opens on Monday and orders are finalized every Thursday @ 11:59 PM and delivered that same Sunday.
How long do my meals last?
Most items will last up to 5 days refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are always made fresh to order and delivered refrigerated.
Quality is our highest priority. we use the freshest, premium ingredients available.
What if I want to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order up until Friday @ 12pm. After the cutoff, orders can no longer be cancelled.
